Endowment Compensation Claims

The Endowment Compensation Centre are specialists in obtaining compensation for home owners who have been mis-sold mortgage endowment policies.

Key members of staff within the company have more than 60 years experience working within regulated financial services and although claims managements is not an FSA regulated activity these key members remain regulated and authorised by the FSA as Independent Financial Advisers within a separate organisation.

The service we provide ensures that your complaint has the best possible chance of being successful. Although you can complain directly, around 6 out of 10 complaints made in this fashion are rejected.

To date, we have been contacted by more than 30,000 disgruntled homeowners looking for expert assistance.

We operate on a no-win no-fee basis, which means that our fee only becomes payable when compensation is paid. There are no hidden charges and our Terms and Conditions are always signed in advance of any complaint commencing.

We have been at the forefront of the campaign to inform mortgage endowment holders of their rights and ECC have featured widely in the mis-selling debate.  We have featued on BBC television and radio, together with many other news media.

Time Barring Announcement

The Endowment Compensation Centre (ECC) has raised concerns over the legality of 'time barring' endowment complaints.

Having consulted with their solicitors ECC have set out a legal argument questioning whether or not the 3 year rule currently allowed by the Financial Services Authority complies with established legal precedent in Scotland.

Managing Director Gerry Diamond has instructed solicitors to write to endowment providers asking them to re-examine the legality of current procedures which are limiting the ability of thousands of homeowners from making complaints thereby denying compensation that clients maybe legally entitled to.
